Redefining Security

Banham is a family owned and managed British heritage brand that was established in 1926. They have a strong culture of innovation and have pioneered various security technologies that have redefined the category over the past 90 years.

Banham are known and loved within the trade market, but have become more obscure over recent history, with their audience group tapering out and disassociating from the core values of the brand. A key component of our engagement was to bridge that gap in time.

With the threat of external innovation through new entrants, such as Alexa and Homekit and the grandparents legacy at risk, Matter Of Form embarked on an expansive programme to revise the brand positioning and identity, improve Banham’s online presence through a new site and web storefront, deliver a content strategy and assets to support a series of campaigns to build awareness and attract new customer groups, and an achievable digital first innovation roadmap to build new service propositions to stay relevant given a new competitive landscape.
